Great sequel to the first book. Continued to develop characters from the first book, but also introduced new characters. Many pages dedicated to descriptions of Asian food and designer clothes. The narrator of the first book in the series is much better than the narrator in the latter two books of the series.

Love this series but I must say the narrator for the first book is so much better and it took me a long time to get used to this narrator since I wanted to hear the characters the way I had heard them in the first book. Nonetheless great writing

It took me a bit to get into this series. I wasn’t immediately enthralled by the plot. I found the characters lacking and very empty and ostentatious. I was bored to say the least.

I almost gave up on this book because I was so confused at the beginning but omg I got HOOKED! I didn’t stop listening to it until it ended and now I’m listening to the third book. This book was so wonderful and had funny, dramatic and sad moments. When I heard about Charlie and Astrid, my heart melted and I cried. I cannot wait to finish the 3rd book. The narrator for Rachel is kind of off though because Rachel is more serious than how she presented her. But content is still awesome!

Love this book so much! The story is hilarious and entertaining and the characters are very well-developed. On a recent road trip, I found myself reacting out-loud to some of their choices. Particularly Eleanor, that woman is a piece of work lol.
My only issue is with the narrator. She mispronounces words (like Baratheon) and uses ridiculous accents that do not fit the characters in any way (at one point even managing to sound like an American southerner). They could have done better. I just wish narrators would put more thought into the voices they choose for characters. This was disappointing.
