Well done, and a great motivator! The author invites you to attend her 100th birthday party which she is planning for the future, and goes onto explain how being a centenarian will be a goal she will reach with the proper tips. Most of the book leads you through a list of 57 well researched tips to live a happier and longer life. Of course you can probably go to a doctor and ask them for advice, but this author seems to have done all the research for you in an easy to understand audiobook that's well narrated. I realized I was doing things she mentioned already, but some could do more of, and possibly practice more, such as meditation. As with any self-help book, you need to realize that it takes doing something to actually get the desired results. It was a good one to listen to, and would highly recommend it for anyone who wants to be and feel better.
