JEM writes no nonsense romantic stories. Main character has true friends, supportive family members, unique lifestyles and careers. I'm a romance diehard listener and JEM is my favorite because her stories, including this one, is not limited to just attraction between a tall, dark and handsome billionaire and very hot and gorgeous woman. I like that the main characters are not perfect but have real life backstories. This series has the right amount of romance, friendship, family interaction, and mature scenes. Jody, you're the best!

Characters are shallow with unlikely back stories and not a lot to like about either of them. No part of the plot is resolved in this volume, which I find highly annoying. Narrator gave Livy a high, squeaky voice, further adding to her weak and shallow persona. Highly repetitive sequences had me checking email and scanning Facebook often while listening.

I love all Jodi Ellen Malpas, books. This new series is excellent. Love the book and the narrator. Like others did not see the end coming.

This book is everything I knew it would be from this great author! I can't wait for the other 2 books in this series and I just have to find out why Miller is the way He is~~~I thought the narrator did a great job doing all the different characters . Of course I had already listened to the the man series by this author which She also narrated. I especially love Gran who is such a feisty Ole Gal~

The book was amazing! I don't know how I'm going to wait for the sequel. The narrator however needs to change.
