This is an easy no frills listen for a consumer who is really looking to make changes. The recommendations are solid. I am a health practitioner and if patients followed these recommendations I am sure they would be beneficial. This is not a book with quick fixes but easily implemented lifestyle recommendations.

Informative book on brain disorders, especially experienced in older people. The author provides practical lifestyle routines to minimize or reduce the effects of memory loss from various forms of dementia later in life. The book is the right length to introduce me to the subject and kept me interested from start to finish. The narrator was excellent.
