Being an RN, I truly appreciated these tales. Jennifer Worth does a spectacular job of recreating the feel and imaginative visual of these stories of peoples struggles and life of the East End. For me, the narration is half the enjoyment, which Nicola Barber does with superior relish. Especially, Sister Monica Joan - who is so lovable in her "eccentric' way. The dialects are done with relish. A fabulous memoir trilogy. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
