Not a lot of fact and way too many blurred lines. Everyone jump on the band wagon. Well written.. just questionable facts

A good book although it focuses too much on people living with an alcoholic spouse. There are other types of codependency.

The author believes in the 12 step program and I believe that being powerless is choice and being deemed powerless keeps you in a victim role. Not a very motivating book.
