This is a fantastic book. It’s inspiring and thought provoking and really motivates me to want to do everything I can to adopt an infinite mindset. The only reason I gave it less than a 5 is because most of the examples Simon gave in the book we’re quite gendered and masculine. There are certainly women in the industries he refers to, but the examples highlighted were mostly men with one woman who failed to see her contribution to the unethical behaviors taking place at her company. With as passionate as Simon is about diversity and inclusion, I expected better. Granted Simon didn’t select the execs for these companies, so he can’t help that they are men but it would have been awesome to include one example of a woman exec knocking it out of the park. Surely there are infinite-minded women execs to learn from too. Short list of examples - oil rig workers, men in the marines, Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Walt Disney, Jack Welch, Danny (Shake Shack), professors who are men, etc. Surely, there is at least one example of a woman exec with an infinite mindset. That aside, it was a stellar book!!
