love the series. but the narrator's sccents are really the worst. especially Dimitri's. Makes listening to the book really difficult and not because i don't understand but because it's just so bad.

The book is an incredible finale to the series so I opted to read it. The narration was too awful to possibly opt for the audiobook and the accents were impossible to overcome. Dimitri’s accent is only supposed to show rarely, and only slightly, according to Rose herself. Not nearly to the extent it’s depicted here. It would be tolerable if it wasn’t for the heaviness and emphasis of the accent. It’s hard to take heavy moments seriously as a result, and that’s unfortunate.

I love the book! But the Narrator had redneck accents for all the male characters.
