Audio Book Summary

Mags Barkworth still suffers the effects of a life-changing tragedy over a decade ago.

She knows her husband loves her. She knows he would never do anything to hurt her, or their daughter. But what if the voice in her head, the one she's pushed away with therapy and anti-depressants, is telling the truth?

What if it's all a lie?

When Tam, their daughter, draws an uncannily detailed picture of a place she's never been, Mags's life starts to unravel. But even in her most paranoid moment, Mags could never have guessed the secret she is destined to uncover.

New idea. Excellent narration, but accents was mixed up.

The book was ok. I have 2 years on audiobooks. This book is above average, the narrator was very good. For a non-American, I could not see the not-so-American accent another fellow reader mentions. I could clearly see the difference between the characters...

This was a really good book! The only thing that bothered me was the narrators HORRIBLE American accent. It was SO bad, and didn’t even go along with the places that the people came from in the book. I’m surprised that no one worked on it. Other then that, he was a fantastic narrator, and the story was good.

I wasn’t sure about this book. However, it was very good. It has murders, mystery, horror and an unexpected ending. Thankfully there is no gory writing. It is very well narrated by Matthew Lloyd Davies who has a great range of voices.
