    This book has a lot of hands on practice. But also clear explanation of the things we tend to do than lead to autosavotage. I made a first listen from all the book, and will listen again to put in practice each stage of the method. I have been on therapy for many years, and some terms i knew already, but this make me feel i can really trust the author for all she shares. My favorite approach was our values, it clicked for me, and will be working to defining them and put into practice. If you are ready for change this is a must have in your library.
