Fantastic read , Jack London powerfully dispels all arguments against socialism!

I only made it to the second chapter. The narrators monotonous drone made me lose focus, and I realized I had not been paying attention numerous times to the story. Moving on to another story.

Excellent narration but a superbly awful book that routs for socialism. I found myself cheering for the iron heel that for their power to hold socialism down. But of course given current events to believe there is an organized conspiracy to eliminate socialism is clearly specious. Equally as specious is the belief that if every country had a surplus of production this would cause capitalism to fail. The book And Marxists believe this because they see the world as a zero sum game, they fail to see excess capital and the productivity of entrepreneurs will lead to a productive use of that surplus. Do yourself a favor skip this book.

I like the book more to a 5 but had a hard time with the reader. He has a very nice voice and is good at reading. Expressive without becoming distraction. The problem is he sometimes goes into a whisper. I lost track several times. I'm not the best at hearing but I don't always have the same problem.
