After 30 min listening to Christian religious references and stories presented as examples of how powerful 30 min can be, and thus far no advice or meaningful practical application, I would say that the title and description for this book are at best misleading. That is NOT ok. Perhaps were one to muster through for a bit longer, or if your goal was to listen to a Christian book of advice, this would be a good book. I found the title and description misleading. I found myself very put off.
