Ah! Your Audiobook! Wow! Facinating, Mind-blowing. Aaha!
It was Like -
With an akashic voice on a voyage to the limitless space. An odyssey into kurukshetra of the past dwaparyuga and far beyond into space, deep to the eternal abode of the cosmos. As though into witnessing the dialogue between SK and A. Kannan too was a co-passenger, with me, in the Utopian journey, sponsored by you. Just a thank you is not a word enough for this, my dear hats off to you.
3 hours, it made me feel to have transcended the worldly realm. You drove us close to the spot of Arjun's chariot into listening - conversation. It was 3 hours of meditation.
How many takes it took for you to spell out the whole narration and runs into how many pages? But a stupendous effort of super attempt in achieving the noblest feat ever from the point of a common man, that too in Kali yuga. You have earned your Moksha, man. Be blessed by God. His grace on you made it possible to finish the herculean task.
Outstanding capability to extract the essence of the 18 chapters of SBG (like clarified butter), And that too, it is a matter of the complex philosophic terms, and more so the text words and meanings have to be kept up and taken into consideration very carefully, meaning remaining intact. It is a book being published so has to be full-proof, in all aspects, as a book, and that too a spiritual book well known to one and all. Having mastered SBG in many ways and is in your blood, I presume that this has been your long time interest to publicize the SBG worldwide through some means and finally done, the most convenient way to suit the present world, an Audiobook. Having completed this marathon task, you should feel and be in a state of peaceful happiness. Sit and cherish for ever. Rejoice having done the ultimate ever.
I am still left with one word and that is to call you a "genius" in the subject line and for the courage & confidence to initiate to undertake and complete the great task as this. Further, it has to be made, narrated and to be voiced, where the listeners have to get to understand. It is of very high dharmic value as per Santana Dharma, in propagating our spiritual scriptures and it's contents. It is like giving tuition of dharma, to very many people. So, you have to be complimented and acclaimed much more than what is expressed, in the true sense. Believe me. You are a great person. It is like in chapter 7.2 - "Among thousands of men one perchance struggles for perfection; even amongst those that struggle (one perchance becomes perfect), and even amongst those that are perfect, one perchance knows Me in reality". It can be made applicable to you , in a certain way.
Whether it is in context or out of context, the fact remains, as applicable to myself, is the corresponding but contrasting (numerically & factually) phrase is that of chapter 2.7 - "With my mind in a state of confusion and my mind perplexed regarding my duty and the feeling of helplessness because of sin, guilt and weakness, I ask you to tell me what is good for me. I am your disciple and I have surrendered my soul to you - please teach me oh Krishna."
Believe me, It is a fact that, it was a pleasure to give ears to the audio. I took a day extra, though you sent it, the day before yesterday, I took to it, yesterday, in order to listen at one go and did so, enjoying the continued interest (as suggested by you) .A great pleasure it was. It was a boom and like a boon too, to get to hear like that (simply relaxing and words poured into the ears). How many will get, is the question. It is ready made package for today's public who expect/seek everything to be available just at ease on hand without much effort or strain (irrespective if age). Surely it will pass on and percolate, to the mass, in due course. Law of nature will decide.
See, as my mother, followed by our family, is an ardent devotee of Shri Krishna, I too am, and I give immense or enormous reverence to BG (the one I like, regard, bow & respect the most) and is my favourite company from childhood. I always keep in my possession a BG book of 18, to try my best, to be, but couldn't make up to those teachings much, as I am subject to my wavering mind, being a very ordinary being, and still stumbling behind.
You made it boss, you need to be praised for this. By bringing out this audiobook of SBG, it is somewhat like, you have refocused a Shruthi, suitable for this modern world (like that of munis & rishis of yore). Gnanishtan.
There is certainly no exaggeration in whatever I have posed of you, in this entire mail. People who know will know what it means to do what you have done. Being oneself is better, and so Being yourself, is welcome. Do your best. Learning never stops.
Bhagavad Gita, is a treasure for every home, or it be held, on person, to listen as and when. You made your life a very meaningful one and complete too, by your priceless contribution to the society. Thanks a million or a billion or a trillion won't do, as its worth is invaluable eternally, more than life and as long as life exists. It is a great source of teaching all about existence, life, god, creation & nature and what not?
As for the beginning 9 minutes you have put through a befitting prologue, and so have you while ending. The concluding 7 minutes, you have beautifully and effectively summed up, in a nutshell, all about BG as a tool, beneficial to the society as a whole, and so to be followed, in pursuit of its principles for attaining a fruitful life. Your facts are simple yet encouraging, inspiring & motivating.
Anyone will be overwhelmed and engrossed to your way of delivery of dialogues, smooth, crisp & flowing for that long a duration. Your articulation, diction, creates dramatic reality, powerful and energetic. With your deep soft voice with the background music, the effect was simply a celestial feel, for the listener.
This time I must take the lead to fold my hands to you, thumbs up, clap & compliment
