Love the characters, and the story line. Will be listening to the next in the series.

I've been reading series , it wasn't quite as good as the others but I'm still looking forward to the next one !!! Narrator never disappoints.

Good book, listen to these in order.

Full DIsclosure: I love all things Joe Pickett (C. J. Box is so awesome) and David Chandler is my favorite narrator. I have read or listened to many books since COVID descended up us and have become a little jaded & find myself predicting events and outcomes. Happily, I am rarely right in my predictions for these novels. I live in the southern USA and have spent little time in Montana or any surrounding states. Joe's descriptions bring it to life (thanks, Mr Box!). All the issues introduced- environmental, political, societal, whatever; really resonate with me and have taught me a lot. Look forward to reading the rest of this series.

Great story. It lagged a little in the middle… but over all very exciting.

As usual I thoroughly enjoyed this audio book. I love the depth of characters.

Unnecessary sexual content. Unsatisfactory & unbelievable ending.
