A great story, loved it. Narrator was good too

A very good read, interesting topic and well narrated

Brilliant! I felt really connected to the characters and the suspense within in the story had me hooked.

And she did it again. Jojo Moyes brings characters to life right in my car. "The Giver of Stars" has everything. The rich, powerful men, that think that they can do whatever they want without consequences. The strong, fighting women that have to face challenges over and over again. And it is especially the female characters that make the story. It is all about friendship, decision making, social status, and - of course - love. If you haven't read or listened to this book yet, you are missing out.

Lovely book, beautifully told. The narrator does an excellent job of transporting you to a different time.

Really didn’t think I would enjoy this. Stopped a few times, but persevered. Fell in love with the characters, partly due to the narrator. Great book to escape to

Absolutely loved this cannot recommend it enough. Had the usual romantic interest but had more substance to it. Fantastic characters and wonderful supportive relationships between the women as well as having a very interesting historical setting. Amazing narrator the best I have heard yet.
