I wasn't taking out my notepad for this one. No real practical, tangible items that I can add to the "how to be a great coach" list in my day timer. Jesus is the best life coach - pull out the bible, you can find that out pretty quick. I was hoping to get some of the verses & concepts extracted and summarized in this audio book, but that wasn't really the case. The writer has some great stories that can relate to anyone - so if you need to be motivated, get this book! I like the part about focus. The concept, which I already knew, hit home when read - so it was a good reminder.

This audiobook has many good stories, but it suffers from too many stories and not enough content. It sounds more like a devotional book rather than a helpful guide to coaching using Jesus as a model.
